Sawdustzone. I recently purchased a ridgid spindle sander that I wanted but didn't necessarily need. I decided to register the product to get the LSA. The registration process seemed easy enough, create an account, select the tool, enter in the receipt info. Well I did that and a few days later I got an email stating there was some issue.

You can buy ryobi and have better results and save money or you can pay slightly more and buy one of the big 3 and you probably wont need to use the warranty. I've had to go through dewalt and makita and milwaukees warranty processes and it wasnt great but the process existed and I got my problems fixed.
